About Train Together Academy
Train Together Academy provides practical, accessible learning designed to help people build confidence, strengthen their skills and make a meaningful difference in the workplace, and for a new apprentice, that starts right here, with a clear picture of the road ahead. The Academy is built around three learning gardens, giving you the flexibility to focus on the areas that matter most to you. This induction sits across two of them, Personal Excellence and Professional Capability, building the study habits and workplace know-how that carry you through the whole programme. Whether you want to develop personally, strengthen your professional capability or broaden your understanding of the world around you, you can create a learning journey that grows alongside your role, ambitions and interests. With live sessions, on-demand courses and opportunities to learn alongside others, the Academy is an ongoing space for development, not a one-off.
