About Train Together Academy
Train Together Academy makes learning practical and human, with skills you put to work with your own apprentice rather than theory you file away and forget. This one is about turning a nervous start into confident progress, through the quality of your support. The Academy is organised into three learning gardens. This course sits in Professional Capability, building the performance management, planning and feedback skills that make you effective as a manager, with real communication depth underneath them. It is written for line managers responsible for supporting apprentices through their programme. It sits beside longer programmes, live sessions and a community of other managers to grow alongside.
