About Train Together Academy
Train Together Academy makes learning practical and human, with understanding you carry into your next interaction rather than theory you file away and forget. This one is about seeing people fairly, especially when a difference is invisible. The Academy is organised into three learning gardens. This course sits in Social & Global Citizenship, the outward-facing side of growth, built on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and a genuine duty of care. It is written for managers, colleagues and anyone who wants a more understanding, inclusive workplace. It sits beside longer programmes, live sessions and a community of other learners to grow alongside. Learn with purpose. Apply it in practice. Keep moving forward.
