About Train Together Academy
Train Together Academy makes learning practical and human, with leadership skills you put to work in your next team conversation rather than theory you file away and forget. This one is about the invisible ingredient behind every team that genuinely performs. The Academy is organised into three learning gardens. This course draws on two at once. Personal Excellence, for the self leadership it takes to respond well under pressure, and Social & Global Citizenship, for building the inclusive, trusting environments where people do their best work.
